ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST (Part-Time)

 


Summary: Under general supervision, accquires 2-D and, on occasion, 3-D images of internal organs of the abdomen and pelvis, as well as performing venous and arterial flow studies for scheduled out patient population and through the emergency department and in-patient areas.  Will deal with patients of divergent demographics and health levels. Supports the mission of Tri-County Hospital and maintains patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.  Accepts patient safety as a key area of focus in job performance.


CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) (Part-Time)

 


Summary: Under the direct supervision of the nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for giving direct patient care to patients of all ages and for the performance of specific assignments in the designated work area. Supports the mission of Tri-County Hospital while maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.  Accepts patient safety as a key area of focus in job performance.


DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SERVICES (Full-Time)

 


Summary: Under general supervision, plans, organizes and directs all functions of Tri-County Health Care’s business office, health information services and registration.  Maintains confidentiality and a positive attitude representing Tri-County Health Care in daily work activities. Establishes and recommends policies and goals of department and administers such areas as patient accounts, insurance/billing, cash applications, credit/collection, customer service reimbursement programs, registration and switchboard.  May direct departmental operations or delegate responsibility to management staff.


MATERIAL MANAGEMENT MANAGER (Full-Time)

 


Summary: Under general supervision, leads and supervises the Purchasing functions of the hospital.  Promotes the philosophy of Tri-County Hospital while maintaining confidentiality.  Assures the availability of supplies, equipment, printed material and durable medical equipment for TCH.


 

SOCIAL WORKER (Part- OR Full-Time)

 


Summary: Under general supervision, coordinates the social work services provided to all patients of all ages at TCH from newborn to the elderly. The Social Worker's primary responsibility is development of individual discharge plans and coordination of after care, post-hospitalization. As part of the discharge planning team, the Social Worker evaluates patient's social, emotional, environmental, and financial needs as they relate to the goals of discharge planning and family needs. To provide social services to residents and resident representatives in reference to the care of the residents as whole persons, encouraging autonomy and self­ determination as much as possible in an institutional setting. Promotes the philosophy of Tri-County Hospital while maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy compliance. Accepts patient safety as a key area of focus in job performance.

 


LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (Part-Time)

 


Summary:   All Laboratory personnel are responsible for obtaining blood samples, performing laboratory determinations, including quality control, reviewed work performed by co-workers and maintaining professional decorum at all times. Supports the mission of Tri-County Hospital while maintaining patient confidentiality.
